Everwood

Everwood Day Camp offers a traditional, full-day summer camp experience for kids ages 4–15, with programming that evolves as children grow. Campers are grouped by grade into “Lower,” “Middle,” and “Upper” campuses, allowing activities and expectations to be tailored to their developmental stage. Younger campers benefit from a highly structured, nurturing environment with consistent counselors and age-appropriate activities, while older campers gain increasing independence through elective choices, leadership opportunities, and eventually a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program for teens.

Across all age groups, Everwood emphasizes variety and engagement through 60+ activities spanning sports, arts, adventure, and waterfront programming. A typical day might include athletics, creative or performing arts, swim instruction, and outdoor adventure activities like ropes courses, canoeing, and nature exploration—along with daily “special events” that add an extra layer of fun. Campers also participate in both instructional and free swim, and as they get older, they can choose electives to dive deeper into specific interests.

Beyond activities, Everwood places a strong focus on social-emotional development, building its culture around values like friendship, independence, teamwork, and integrity.
