PGA Camps

PGA Junior Golf Camps offer a tiered set of summer camps so you can match your child’s age and experience level to the right golf experience. All camps are run at PGA facilities across the country and are taught by PGA and LPGA professionals, with kids grouped by age and skill so beginners aren’t thrown in with advanced players.

For younger kids just starting out, Wee Ones Camps (ages 5–7) and Half Day Camps (ages ~6–13) are short, fun introductions to the game—typically 1.5–3 hours a day, Monday–Friday—covering basics like grip, stance, putting, chipping, full swing, and simple rules and etiquette through age-appropriate games and movement activities. As kids grow and get more comfortable, they can move into Modified Full Day Camps (4–5 hours/day, ages 8–16) and Full Day Camps (5–6 hours/day, ages 9–16), which add more time on the course, focus on course management and shot selection, and dig deeper into rules and strategy for intermediate to advanced juniors.

There are also Indoor Camps (2–3 hours/day, ages 6–18) that use simulators to teach the same fundamentals in a tech-driven environment, plus Advanced Camps for ages 12–17 who want to sharpen their skills for competitive play, with stroke play, match play, and daily competitions built in. Across all formats, the “signature PGA camp curriculum” is designed to keep things fun and engaging while kids build real golf skills—full swing, short game, rules, and etiquette—in a low student-to-instructor ratio (often around 6:1) and a safe, structured environment.
