Robo Hub

The Robo Hub’s summer camp is a hands-on STEM camp in Cambridge for rising 1st–9th graders who are curious about robotics, AI, coding, and engineering. Each week-long program is built around a specific theme—things like Robot Explorers, Stories & STEAM, Design Squad Crafters, BattleBots, App Inventor with AI & Data, Electricity Engineers, Planes, Drones & Rockets, and more—so kids can pick camps that match their age and interests, from early makers to middle school inventors. All programs focus on project-based learning, where campers build real robots and tech projects, solve design challenges, and collaborate like “inventor-engineers” rather than just watching demos.

A typical camp day runs roughly 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with an example schedule that includes events like a morning meeting, multiple STEM blocks, snack, outdoor time (often at nearby Danehy Park), lunch, and an afternoon wrap-up.

There’s also a fresh lunch program (Cambridge only) for an extra weekly cost, so you can choose between packing lunch or opting into a delivered, kid-friendly meal plan.

Camps are staffed by expert STEM instructors, and The Robo Hub notes that while Massachusetts requires a minimum 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio, they aim to exceed that for more individualized support.
